Job Opportunity: Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) – Aesthetic Medicine

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics to oversee guest consultations, perform treatments, and provide expert care in a collaborative and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Assessment & Consultation

  • Partner with Studio Concierges to conduct comprehensive guest assessments, including medical history, skincare concerns, and treatment goals.
  • Review concierge consultations, educate guests about treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks.
  • Approve or modify customized treatment plans to meet individual guest needs and ensure satisfaction.

Medical Treatment Administration

  • Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, microneedling, PRP therapy, and injectables.
  • Administer treatments following established protocols to ensure safety and efficacy.
  • Collaborate with concierges to monitor guest comfort and safety during and after treatments.

Guest Education & Follow-Up

  • Educate guests on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and potential side effects.
  • Assist guests in selecting skincare products tailored to their needs, offering expert guidance.
  • Follow up to evaluate treatment outcomes, address concerns, and schedule future visits.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with team members to deliver seamless, customized care.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and follow-up care, ensuring charts are completed by end of day.
  • Adhere to state regulations, licensing requirements, and spa policies.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience performing aesthetic procedures in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology setting.
  • Expertise in advanced treatments, including injectables, laser therapy, and microneedling.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest care and achieving optimal results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
